Family Finding Services
The Leader Specialized in Family Finding in Mexico
Find Families In Mexico identifies and locates biological parents, grandparents and other adult relatives living in Mexico so U.S. foster children can move into permanent homes with blood relatives.
With over 20 years of experience we have developed a 98% success rate locating family members you need to find. In fact, we usually find additional adult relatives who can provide a support system for the foster child and his/her new family.
What We Do
Based on the information provided by county agencies and their non-profit partners, we conduct a targeted search of a specific city in Mexico where it is likely that family member(s) may be found. We do a comprehensive analysis of city records and provide a written report on our findings that includes contact details on known and potential relatives.
How it works
Your case information is entered into the Profile BuilderTM, our proprietary system for organizing and analyzing the data provided by county agencies. Our specialists go over the information to ensure accuracy and to determine if additional data is required before a City Search can be started.*
Our City Search Reports
Every search provides a detailed report listing known and potential family members and their complete contact information.
Results consist of current addresses and listed telephone numbers for up to four (4) relatives whose names are provided by the agency.

In addition, we will search for the names of up to six (6) possible relatives. For those potential relatives we identify, all available contact information will be supplied.
Levels of Service
Find Families In Mexico offers three tiers of City Search:
Tier I: All available non-governmental records are accessed to locate up to four (4) known family members as well as up to six (6) possible relatives. This process takes about two weeks.
Tier II: Includes all the features of the Tier I City Search plus an in-depth search of all accessible government documents. Two months must be provided for this search because this requires responses from government agencies in both the U.S. and Mexico. (Includes all features of Tier I.)
In most situations the above services will provide the necessary family finding results. However, in those rare cases where neither a Tier I nor a Tier II search results in locating relatives of the foster child, a Tier III search may be called for. This is a more complex inter-agency search, the need for which is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Please note: Find Families In Mexico makes no contact with family members by phone, Internet or in person unless specifically requested by the county agency or non-profit client. However, under some circumstances Mexican officials may decide to contact family members.
